Terms & Conditions — ck66 Online Betting Platform

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the ck66 website accessible at ck66.lat, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and any associated applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "ck66" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform and all related services described herein.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player to access betting, gaming, and financial services on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real money deposited by the Player into their ck66 Account balance.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use ck66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck66 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 21. Age verification documents will be requested during KYC and at any time ck66 deems appropriate.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of ck66, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from ck66 or had an Account permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not under instruction from any third party.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ck66 reserves the right to close all Accounts and confiscate associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. ck66 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck66 reserves the right to treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ck66 immediately at [email protected]. ck66 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation while taking steps to secure it.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to ck66's discretion. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• KYC Verification: All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. ck66 may request copies of national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify identity before releasing funds.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ck66 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple account creation, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or coordinated group play — will have bonuses voided and may face Account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or exchanged for any other form of value.
• ck66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or technical error.
• Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.
• Free spins and free bets awarded as promotions are subject to the same wagering and validity conditions as monetary bonuses unless the offer terms state otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ck66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. General betting rules include, but are not limited to, the following provisions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ck66 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and acknowledged by the system.
• ck66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of betting, or where pricing was clearly erroneous due to a technical fault.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per bet type, and per Player. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• ck66 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any Player without providing a reason, particularly where betting patterns suggest unusual or suspicious activity.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension. ck66 is not responsible for bets placed based on information that has already changed on the field of play.
• For cricket markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). Any subsequent changes to the official result will not retroactively affect settled bets unless ck66 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck66 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether alone or in coordination with others.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck66 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck66 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck66 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from ck66.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by ck66 under valid licensing agreements.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ck66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ck66 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory obligations or legal requirements necessitate Account closure.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion through ck66's Responsible Gaming tools.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting ck66 customer support at [email protected]. Any verified outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no prohibited conduct is under investigation.

13 Responsible Gaming
